Meg Ferguson - President and Senior Marketing Consultant
Meg Ferguson has been developing and articulating solid and cutting edge marketing solutions with a strong focus on e-marketing for over twelve years. Delivering bottom line results based on clear objectives, strategies, and tactics, she is a skilled leader and spokesperson versed in problem solving with a specialty in operational marketing management. This, combined with her innate ability to create communication between her client's and their customers have contributed to the success of her most recent venture, Vision House Marketing, LLC - a digital marketing agency.

Meg doesn't stop with the private sector. Recently selected to the highly competitive Direct Commission Program, she serves as a Public Affairs Officer in the United States Navy Reserves where she finds her ultimate satisfaction.

"I'm only too proud to serve in the U.S. Navy and as a Public Affairs Officer. I am able to spread the Navy word and contribute to the communication within the Navy family as well as to the Global community. Most importantly, I'm able to serve my Country"

Prior to her commission and the launch of her own agency, Meg held positions including Director of Marketing for technology and e-marketing agencies including TMXinteractive where she was responsible for promoting growth for the company and clients alike.

In her early career, Meg held a marketing position with Lackawanna County, PA working closely with the County Commissioners and while was responsible for the promotion of all Lackawanna County owned facilities including a Triple A baseball stadium, concert tours, two public parks, and a coal mine tour and museum, she also sat on the re-election board for the County Commissioners creating newspaper tabloids, executing debates, conducting media interviews, and executing direct mail campaign all leading to a successful re-election.

Meg holds a B.A in Communications from The University of Scranton and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jason Lomberg - Internet Marketing & Technology Manager
As Vision House Marketing's Internet Marketing & Technology Manager, Jason develops and implements a wide array of Internet Marketing strategies for a broad range of industries. These strategies include Website optimization, reciprocal linking campaigns, gateway Website development, press release and article distribution, affiliation program development, list development, email marketing and much more.

Combining over twelve years of Internet development and ten years of Marketing experience, Jason brings a unique combination of Technical and Marketing expertise to Vision House Marketing. With a strong background in Marketing strategy, he is an expert at applying traditional Marketing techniques to Internet strategies and has successfully implemented Internet Marketing strategies for dozens of clients.

As the former co-founder and president of Interactive Service Technologies, Inc., Jason has managed the development of over seventy-five database driven Websites and has extensive experience developing secure high-end database driven Internet applications including: content management systems, client relationship management systems, invoicing systems, reporting systems, email marketing applications, eCommerce solutions and much more.

Jason is currently a doctorial candidate in business. He holds an MBA with a concentration in eCommerce from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business, a BS in Marketing from Rutgers University Business School and a Computer Science degree. He has thirteen years of database and programming experience, specializing in the Cold Fusion Application language and SQL Database programming.

Mark Miller - Strategic Planning
Mark Miller has over 20 years experience achieving measurable marketing results in multiple consumer categories. Founding Field Marketing Solutions in 2001 provided the platform to share Strategic and Tactical expertise in the pursuit of efficient & effective lead generating objectives. Joining forces with Vision House Marketing, LLC in 2008 created a powerful platform allowing us to deliver unmatchable results for our clients.

Mark brings a background of strategic planning, analytical consulting, media planning & execution, and communications to the team. Results oriented, operationally focused with significant revenue and market share accomplishments in competitive industry segments. Mark is a creative, motivating, and high energy leader skilled at solving business problems and delivering bottom line results by establishing clear objectives, strategies and tactics.

Previously held positions include: Vice President of International Marketing for the Wall Street Institute, Senior Vice President of Buckeye Communications and Senior Director of Field Marketing for Nutri/System Inc. to name a few.

Mark holds a bachelor of Psychology from Duke University.


Pat DiCola - Director of Print Media
Pat DiCola brings over 18 years of marketing experience to Vision House Marketing and specializing in print media including direct mail, solo mail, list acquisition and management, database building, print brokering and wholesale, and graphic design.

Like all of the Vision House Team, Pat brings a strong background in problem solving, client budgeting, and ROI analytics. He completes Vision House's full-service marketing offering by marrying on and offline marketing to create one comprehensive campaign.

Pat has achieved measurable results for regional and national clients including LA Fitness, Power Windows and Siding, Valley Forge Tire and Auto, and Sylvan Learning Centers.

Pat holds a bachelors degree from West Chester University.
